23/24 Season Kickoff – Zoom call on 1st November

Clubs and interested participants for the West District League are invited to join a season kickoff call, online via Zoom, on Wednesday 1st November, 2023 at 6.30pm

Goal of the meeting is to ensure participant clubs are aware of the event schedule, dates and format for the 23/24 season, and an opportunity to ask questions or raise matters for discussion.

Reminder too that clubs should ensure they have ordered team numbers. Team numbers are the same as last year. Details:

  • Summarise 23/24 season events/plan and status
    • Event #1 – Kilmarnock – 18th November 23, course/event details here
    • Event #2 – Bellahouston – 20th January 24, pending permissions
    • Event #3 – Erskine – 10th February, 24, pending permissions
  • Confirm start times
    • Proposal for races to start at 11.30am (rather than 12pm)
  • Finances update
  • Volunteers and officials
    • Offers of help encouraged for league admin, and for officials at league events

The meeting is intended to be concise, aiming to cover core agenda in approximately 30 minutes.
