2022/23 season recap

Results for the League were published as the season progressed on our results page at

As we build up to the new 23/24 season, we thought we should publish a high-level snapshot of how things settled out last year, and include some links to the results page where fuller details can be found.

A date for your diary: Wednesday, 1st November at 6.30pm for a Zoom call for the forthcoming season (with the first event in Kilmarnock, on 18th November). Details will be published later this weekend.

Competition results

Standings by club, in each of the competitions, see the club position summary:

  • U11: Giffnock North took the top places in both boys and girls competitions.
  • U13: Giffnock North took the top places in both boys and girls competitions.
  • U15: Kilbarchan (men) and East Kilbride (women)
  • U17 Cambuslang (men) and Kilmarnock (women)
  • U20 VP-Glasgow (men) and Ayr Seaforth (women)
  • Senior: Cambuslang (men) and Ayr Seaforth (women)
  • Masters: East Kilbride (men) and Cambuslang (women)


For participation across the league, by clu, see the club participation summary:

  • Giffnock North had the largest participation (148), followed by East Kilbride (129)
  • Events:
    • Event #1 (Strathaven) had 434 participants
    • Event #2 (Kilmarnock) had 326 participants
    • Event #3 (Bellahouston) had 409 participants
  • The league as a whole therefore had 1,169 participations over the season

Costs and finances

The process for settling out incurred costs went well, and all host clubs have now been reimbursed.
